Blsmy clarifies here its dealing policy between the service provider (medical center) and user. We in Blsmy confirm our care for users privicy and not reaveling any personal information regards the users or medical centers, such as: (Name, Address, Phone Number, etc) to any party accoarding to the laws of saudi arabia. No information access will be allowed except for indivuslas with specific roles to view the data collected in Blsmy. You must remember that there is no transmiting meduim via world wide web or electronic storage tool is 100% save. Although we are working hard to use commercially accpted tools to protect your personal information, we can't garantee its absolute safety.

In Blsmy we collect and save data entered by the user which is specifically, the following data:

• Data required for the user's personal account in the application which is: Name, Phone Number, ID Number, Nationality, Gender, Birth Date and other needed data to execute platform services.
• User's notes and complaints received through (Contact us) feature.
• User's rating about the application and provided services.
• Messages sent to our email address.

Data Usage

Blsmy processes user's data (including personal information) collected on the application for several purposes as explained below:

• Processing and performing requests, facilitate creating an account on the application and logging to the user's account.
• Managing user account.
• Sending user's data to the medical center to book reservations and home care visits.
• Offering Blsmy services to the user and enabling the benefits of it.
• Replying on user's inquiries and offering support.

We save your data to serve you during the use of our platform until you request to delete the account at anytime, and that is except for some data which is saved for longer time as a response to any system or desicion demanded by official parties.

Blsmy disclaims all responsibility from the user failure in maintaining his/her personal information confidentiality including login number (OTP) that is sent via text messages. The user handles all consequences resulting from any operations that occur due to that without any slight responsibility on Blsmy platform.The user is responsible for all information he/she shares through Blsmy platform.

Your use for our website or application is an agrrement on our privacy policy, which we may change or edit at anytime according to upcoming requiremtns. Your continuity to benifit from our services is an approval on what the privacy policy states after update.
